Non posso accettare annullamenti, ma se mi contatti entro 5 giorni dalla ricevuta consegna possiamo fare un cambio attraverso un reso oppure trovare  assieme una soluzione.

In caso di reso le spedizioni sono a tuo carico, per favore rispediscimi indietro la merce nel suo imballo originale, in modo tale da avere una spedizione sicura.

I costi di spedizione dipendono dal peso del pacco, i tempi di spedizione variano: per ogni oggetto in pronta consegna assicuro un invio in 3-4 giorni lavorativi, per un oggetto in lavorazione o personalizzato calcola 3-4 settimane.

Prefrisci una consegna a mano? Nessun problema! Al momento del pagamento scrivi "LAB" nella casella discount, ti verranno sottratte dall'importo totale le spese di spedizione. Per favore, specifica nel messaggio riservato che desideri venire a ritirare le tue ceramiche a mano e troveremo un luogo di incontro, che sia nel mio lab oppure a Vicenza. Sarà un piacere incontrarti!

In the case of a return, the shipping is at your expense so please send the goods back in their original packaging to ensure a safe delivery.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package, and shipping times may vary. For ready-to-ship items I guarantee a dispatch in 3-4 working days after the order is placed. For custom items, or items still in the process of being made, the dispatch time frame is within about 3-4 weeks.

Would you prefer to meet up instead of delivery? No problem! At the time of payment, write "LAB" in the discount box and the shipping cost will be subtracted from the total. Please specify in the private message box that you wish to come collect your handmade ceramics and we will find a meeting place, here in my studio or in Vicenza. It will be a pleasure to meet you!
